1. How do I sign up as a member?

2. What are the benefits of joining Chan Rak Rewards?

3. How do I earn points?

You’ll earn 1 point for every RM1 spent at Chan Rak BBQ. Points are awarded to one member per bill, no splitting of bills allowed. To collect your points, simply log in to your account and present your QR code at the counter or provide our team with your phone number.

Mango tier members enjoy 2 points for every RM1 spent.

4. What is the validity of my points?

Your points remain valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

5. How do I check my points balance and available vouchers?
Log in to your account at this link. to see your current points balance and any vouchers you can use.

6. How do I maintain my tier status?

To keep your current tier, you’ll need to meet the minimum spend requirement within 12 months. If the requirement isn’t met, your membership will be downgraded by one tier.

7. How do I use my points to redeem items and cash vouchers?
Redemptions can be made in-store at the cashier. Just show your membership QR code or provide your phone number to our team, let them know what you’d like to redeem, and enjoy your reward on the spot.

8. What are the member-exclusive discounts I can enjoy at Chan Rak BBQ?

Simply dine with at least one Chan Rak Rewards member in your group to unlock these special discounts:

Students: 20% off (valid student ID required)
Seniors: 20% off (60 years old and above)
Kids: 50% off (kids below 90cm dine for free)
Birthday: Bring 3 friends during your birthday week and the birthday person dines for free!
